A/B User Testing & Iteration
Blackboard Learn is a web based platform for the delivery and management of Tertiary Education used widely across Australia and New Zealand. Torrens University asked the question from a User Experience Design perspective to produce a Student-First interface for Blackboard Learn for Mobile.
Key Features implemented in the redesign included: Customisable widgets and dashboards, Calendar Management, Weekly to-do lists, and Contact with University Faculty in their preferred methods.

Testing & Iteration
My testing and iteration process included live user testing. Using Maze, Figma, and application of industry standard methodology aiming to produce the most delightful user experience possible with both verbal feedback and test scores.
